Booking Policy
Should you prefer a particular therapist please mention this when booking and we will always try to accommodate your request. 50% deposit is required for all treatments exceeding 2 hours.
Client Consultations
All new clients are welcome to book an appointment for a free consultation prior to booking a treatment.
Children
Due to the insistence of our insurance company, it is salon policy to ask clients not to bring children into the salon whilst you are having treatments. Thank you for your co-operation.
Gift Tokens
Make a delightful gift and are available for all salon treatments and Days of Indulgence. For your convenience you may order by telephone and make payment by credit/devit card. Gift Tokens are valid for six months. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

To compliment our range of treatments, we have an extensive range of homecare products available for purchase.
Mail Order
For your convenience we can arrange for any products to be posted to you.

Cancellation Policy
We ask you to please understand that as a small business we cannot afford to lose appointments at short notice, or forgotten appointments, without any notice at all. It is therefore with regret that the following cancellation charges will be incurred unless we receive notice.
If no notice is given at all, the full amount will be payable
Salon Treatments:
50% of treatment cost if less than 24 hours notice is given
Specialist Programmes:
50% of Programme cost if less than 4 working days notice is given
